Italian designer Antonio Maurizi began his shoemaking career as an 11-year-old apprentice growing up amidst the economic devastation of World War Two. Working as a tradesman provided many years of personal satisfaction and allowed him the opportunity to culture a strong devotion to craftsmanship. Through good fortune he founded his own company and used the traditions he learned as a boy to pursue the creation of elegant men’s footwear. With the help of his two sons, this now family business continues to thrive based on the values of craftsmanship, quality, and innovation.
